Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering
You may fax or mail us the printable order form, call us at 1-800-526-0482 or order electronically by clicking on the price of the item you want to add to your shopping cart.
We ship out all orders within 24 hours. However, if you order in the morning, your order will go out that day.
Shipping
NO handling or service charges. We are a mail order business. We are happy that you trust us to be your supplier and are not about to charge you for that service. In other words, we don't charge you for putting materials in a box. You are charged only the actual UPS amount.
UPS shipments
UPS charges $6.00 for C.O.D. shipments.
Delivery is one to seven days depending on your location.
Second Day Air or 3 Day Select service is available.
Back Orders
Our inventory allows us same-day shipping. However, if we happen to be out of a hand-made or hard-to-get item, we will put in a back order for you. We will confirm before shipping if more than 30 days has passed.
Credit Cards
For your convenience, we offer credit card charging through all major cards.
Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Credit
We believe in good old-fashioned honesty. However, due to our continued growth and
education, we are forced to take a different approach on credit.
All first-time orders will be on a C.O.D. or pre-payment basis, or you may take advantage of credit card charging. At that time we will send you a credit application. On approval of this application, you may enjoy an open 20-day billing account.
Returns
No returns without prior authorization.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returned Checks
There will be a $15.00 fee on all returned checks.
